Who we are
This website, ironpoint.tech, is operated by IronPoint Technology LLC, based in Killeen, TX. We run a security business, so we hold ourselves to the same standard we ask of clients: collect only what we need, and be straight about what happens to it.
What we collect
The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to send us through our forms — the contact form, the free assessment request, and the repair booking form. Depending on the form, that includes:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your business name, if you provide one
- Whatever you write in the message or description fields
Form submissions are delivered to [email protected] by email and are read by the owner. We use them for one purpose: responding to you and providing the service you asked about.
What this site does not do
- No user accounts — there is nothing to sign up for and no passwords to store
- No payment collection — we never ask for card or bank details on this site
- No sale of personal data — we do not sell, rent, or trade your information, ever
- No sharing for marketing — your details are not passed to advertisers or list brokers
Hosting logs
Like nearly every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. These exist for security and troubleshooting. We do not use them to identify or profile visitors.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not currently run analytics or advertising trackers. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy to say exactly what was added and what it collects.
Service providers
Our email and hosting providers handle data as part of delivering their services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. Those are the only cases where your information leaves our hands.
Retention and deletion
We keep form submissions in email for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain normal business records. If you want your information deleted, email [email protected] and we will remove what we hold, unless we are required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
Children
This site is for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
